Before establishing Parrish Law Offices, Ms. Parrish was an attorney with the General Counsel’s Office of the Department of Health and Human Services where she served as counsel to the Office of Research Integrity from 1992-1994. Ms. Parrish has handled research misconduct cases since 1990 and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to such representation. She is a frequent speaker and author on matters involving research integrity and research misconduct. She has provided counsel to institutional inquiry and investigation committees, individuals making allegations of misconduct, those accused of misconduct, journal editors and publishers and witnesses in such cases. She has also conducted research integrity workshops for educational institutions, multi-national companies, and non-profit research institutions. Parrish Law Offices has an extensive library of cases closed by the Office of Research Integrity, the National Science Foundation and the Food and Drug Administration.

- the voluntary exclusion or settlement agreement (every one executed)
